Ninja Stars Red from Year of the Ninja
Scott Jarrard Illustration for Riley Blake Designs
This gorgeous design is both ninja-loving kid friendly, and a winner for those who love bright coloured small scale patterns. Talented former Sony PlayStation character designer Scott Jarrard Illustration included this design in his Year of the Ninja collection to appeal to young ones, but we see it as a go-to option when your project is crying out for some lovely red prints no matter what your age! Think quilts, cushions, and dressmaking!
Medium weight cotton fabric can be used for dressmaking, quilting, light use home decor projects, bags and more!
Ready to order but unfamiliar with fat quarters and long quarters? No probs! All you need to know is explained here.
Ok, fellow Thread Heads, we admit it, if we didn’t know these were ninja throwing stars, we’d just be thinking ‘oh, what a bright, crisp small patterned design this is!’ The luscious red colour offset with the white tiny throwing stars make this one to consider for grown ups as well as ninja-loving little ones! Perfect for a skirt, shirt, as part of a quilt, cushions, seat covers for your chairs… you name it! Very versatile!
Scott Jarrard made his name with Sony PlayStation where he worked designing characters for their games, along with artwork for their posters and game packaging. After 10 years in the gaming industry, he decided to branch out on his own to create illustrations and characters specifically for children in books, posters and fabric!
Manufacturer’s washing instructions: Machine wash separately in cold water. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
Thread Head Fabrics recommends you pre-wash your fabrics before you start your sewing projects as cotton fabric will shrink slightly when washed.
